The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) is a competitive grant of TEA awarded to SAISD serving ten campuses to provide free at no cost afterschool programming and five weeks of summer learning to students in grades K-8. Programming focuses on hands-on learning with intentional activity design and emphasizes academic support, STEAM enrichment, social and emotional learning, college and career readiness, and family engagement.

Our program operates through the YMCA afterschool provider supported by a dedicated SAISD TX ACE Program Specialist, ensuring students receive academic support and enrichment programming.
