Leave prior to 1995 is added to the "PriorYear State Leave" column. All leave balances are subject to review and audit. You are encouraged to review the balances and take into consideration: Leave taken but not reported for prior or current payroll period Leave taken but not yet processed by the payroll dept. Pending adjustments that may be in progress Employees such as food service workers, bus drivers, and painters who typically see their leave in hours will note that hours have been converted to days for calculation purposes.
